We were charged 3 times the ‘order confirmation’ total and also charged $0.78 for exchange rates, every time the package moved before on US territory. We had to cancel our bank card and luckily our bank refunded us the overdraft fees associated with the charges! No customer service what so ever, you get an automatic reply from Linda Blum basically stating that due to COVID-19 their management made them cut employees thus resulting in poor customer service so reach out to a different website!

Yup. Just got scammed too. I guess if it's too good to be true...it probably is. My card was just charged for $122CAD and ordered a pool for $25USD. On the phone with my credit card company right now. Hoping I can get that one reversed.

    I can't believe I fell for it.

Do not buy from this company; they copy reviews from the Home Depot Canadian site.

    This is clearly a scam.

"I got online last night to order the pool and it was discounted under $45 so I ordered it on my master this morning I get alert from my credit card company this company tried to charge $89 and a $93 so yes there is a scam I did not agree.

Luckily my credit card fraudulent company

Sent me a text alert I called them we had to cancel my card. I just want other consumers to know it's a scam hopefully its easy they can get their money back.

    Lori R."

Had the thing happen to me.

  • June 5, 2020 at 12:16 PM by an anonymous user from: Espanola, Ontario, Canada

I ordered a pool being very skeptical but I figured for the price of what they were charging when I ordered it wouldn’t be a big deal if it were a scam however when they didn’t take money from my card and it’s been a good week or so I emailed customer support to get an email saying they were sorry for the poor customer service they have gone bankrupt due to covid 19 pandemic and they would get to my order ASAP

I now think this is a scam
