Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

This is the worst site - they make the cheapest clothes that do not resemble anything like the order I placed. Missing buttons, cheap fabric, 6 months to get the first 3 items and the 4th took 8 months - I dropped them off at thrift store they were SO bad.DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT order from this site - it is a complete scam!! Give all Asian online sites a bad name… never will I order from a site like this again.They should be charged!
This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered 4 dresses at a cost of US$104 and paid via Paypal After 10 weeks I received 2 of the dresses. They are of such poor quality I simply binned them! The remaining dresses have still not arrived (after 14 weeks) I raised a dispute with Paypal - Visiboho insisted that I return the 2 dresses - not worth the huge postage cost. I have now given up and have lost my money. I believe that Paypal should remove them from their system.
Definitely SCAM.Ordered $100 of product, received confirmation. 10 weeks later, nothing was received and they won't respond to any emails. I have sent numerous times over several weeks. NO RESPONSE. They took my money and didn't ship anything, wont respond.
A total scam. I placed and order on June 5, cancelled it in 3 hours on June 5. Received their reply on June 5 - no refund. PayPal was equally complicit - apparently my billing dispute did not meet their guidelinesThey are a scam. No reply, no response
I can confirm that Vivisboho does not deliver. I placed an order on June 10 and as of now, July 5, no product or communication from the site. No response to any of my inquiries about the order status.Hanna S.
