Not sure what is going on but this smells of a scam. On 7/3/2020 I ordered a benro geared head from duug.website and paid by Paypal. After the transaction, I clicked return to merchant and got directed to my own Facebook page. Reopened the website from my browser but just got the original homepage of duug.website.

My order disappeared from the website. Never got a confirmation of my order (red flag 1).

Called Dave Horton at 803-520-1898 and surprise! the voicemail was full (red flag 2).

Go to Paypal and the contact info for the payment was Runles Latricia, who does not appear on the website (red flag 3).

Also on Paypal receiver of the payment is MarkHenryfRvBa@yahoo.com who does not appear on the website, and not David Horton or duug (red flag 4).

Check on several scam alert websites and the duug.website is only a few days old (red flag 5).

Copyright is spelled wrong on the bottom of the website (red flag 6).

Website asks for billing information in order to create an account (red flag 7).

“Corporate” address of 80 Huntington St, Spc 461 is a mobile home (red flag 8).

None of the social media icons links to a page for duug.website (red flag 9).

Website is amateurish filled with misspellings, grammatical errors, and broken links. My guess is it looks like a Square Space site (red flag 10).

Having a dot website domain and not dot net or dot com (red flag 11).

On 7/4/2020 I received a shipped notification saying my product was shipped USPS but and the tracking is the same for a package I received already on 7/26/2020. Now it is mail fraud in addition to theft.

Same story with me. Paypal sent shipping notice from an earlier shipment from another website. The tracking number was for a package delivered three weeks before I placed my order from duug Scary.
