A parcel has arrived but not what I ordered, it’s nothing like the advert, which shows the face moving to a song, let alone the fact it’s several weeks late and looked like it had been kicked all the way from Xiamen to the UK.

I am exceptionally unhappy and no way is this worth £16 GBP.

    I want a refund

In September I ordered 2 singing pumpkins on November 2 I received 2 pumpkins that were not what I ordered and the company is only offering to give me 20% of my money back. What I received was ugly and an item you could pick up at the dollar store. This company is very crappy don't order from them. I'm out 62.00

    Very disappointed

I waited almost 1 month and a half for my product. It came today and it is nothing even close to what was advertised and they charged me more $ then advertised. Scam not the true merchandise.

I am in the same situation. We ordered the 3 talking pumpkins and received a plastic pumpkin that laughs at you.

I waited 5 months to get my order only to find that Hotsoul sent me the wrong product. I was unhappy so I asked for a full refund but they told me I had to return the product to China at my expense before they would consider refunding me.

Then they also said as postage will be really expensive how about we refund you $15 USD. What a cheek when the product actually cost me $89.90 USD and the mistake was theirs not mine.

The problem is they sent me the wrong order so they should fix it at their expense not mine or give my Money back.

    Never dealing with Hotsoul again.

They said the same thing to me. I paid for express shipping and it took over a month, got wrong product, and the only offer me a 15% discount. They told me it would cost more to ship back. Like h**l no. Are you kidding me? They should pay for shipping back. Not my fault they sent the wrong item. What tacky bad business practice.
