Is Inspirelf a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Store

Junk....I recieved a shirt with two right hand sleeves...Also shirts that a 5 year old might fit in it,,scam...

I just want this company to discontinue sending me information or offers of any kind. This company is a joke I will never buy from I again

I ordered a shirt which was advertised as 5X. I usually take 4X, but wanted a bigger size this time. I received a shirt which, whilst clearly indicating a 5X tag, was nowhere near f*****g me. At best, the shirt may have been 3X.

This scam... Purchased shirts and pants as advertised. Found shirts were not loose as indicated and were not sized properly and fit tight. Material was thin and worst I had ever seen. Shorts were the same. I sent email for return. Was told item could not be returned, but a partial money back on a return could be made, or discount for another purchase. Return police reads full money back if returned within 14 days... not true!

After waiting 3 weeks to arrive, the shirts didn't even come close to f*****g. They were supposed to be a LARGE and they were sized like a SMALL in American Sizing. When I tried to return them they told I would have to send them back to China which would cost more than the shirts themselves. They offered me a discount on future purchases(REALLY?).
When I told them this was unacceptable they wrote back and told me to give the shirts 'to a friend.' And they would give me a lower discount this time on another purchase.
I'm now stuck with shirts that don't fit and out over $70.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I had exact same experience as others. Ordered (3) size Lg. shirts that are way too small. They gave me the runaround, offered future discount and eventually instructed me to send them back to China including tax and shipping.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SO CALLED COMPANY

There are serious questions with this scam company unethical business practice and it operates like a criminal breaking so many laws.

This scam company copies other clothing company pictures to use on its website and sells totally junk garbage clothes that have zero resemblance to what are shown on its website.

This scam company pretends it is located in UK by showing the London address in the Contact page.

This scam company did not disclose its junk clothes are made in China and the real business address is in China.

This scam company tries to fool customers by not clearing stating the list price on its website is in UK pound.

Someone should report this fraudster and criminal to the internet crime authorities and the custom border agency to shut down their site.

I ordered 3 men style shirts and yet this fraudster sent me 3 junk garbage women shirts instead in all the wrong colors and materials and styles. I have dumped them into the garbage right away.

This scam company junk garbage clothes violate all the required import laws with no labeling with respect to country made, material used, caring instructions.

Someone needs to report this criminal company to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.

Unfortunately, I found this article AFTER I got scammed as well. In my case it was 2 Extra Small shirts that got delivered to me after I ordered 2X size. Women's shirts at that. Inspire customer service replied the following to me:

If you want to return the good, you need to pay the freight to China when based on our return policy, maybe the shipping fee is expensive to return.

How about giving it to your friend as a gift? Maybe she will like it.



To be honest, the most effective method for this is that we refund 20% and apply one 20% discount code for purchasing another item.

Hope there is a chance to remedy this situation.

Very poor quality clothes. Sizing is half of what a normal retailer sells. For exchange you have to send to China. Never buy again from this seller

Website didn't say I was being charged $US. Thought I was spending $76Aus, ended up $116Aus
Then took 9 weeks for 3 shorts to arrive.
Steer clear.

Ordered 2 shirts from this commie scam 2 & 1/2 months later I got the shirts even though I emailed and messaged them. Now I’m getting run around. They keep trying to give me a discount. 20% then 25 they just emailed me 30. Just a scam

Ordered shirts 6 weeks ago, not answered messages......no sign of items. One c**p scamming company....hope they get Covid 19!!!!!!!

Same story here. Bought shirts on line. They immediately billed me, but did not send me the order numbers on their site or by email. To get the status of an order online, you need the order number. I sent them numerous emails to service-inspirelf.com, but no one has responded. They do not reveal a phone number, so I can’t call for help. Their website does say it can take 12 to 28 business days for delivery, so I don’t know whether to wait, or just call my bank and start the dispute process. If this is a scam, they spent a lot of money making their site look legitimate.

Does anyone know a phone number to reach them? Has anyone received the product you ordered from them? Help greatly appreciated.

I ordered a shirt over three weeks ago, I have contacted the company by e-mail several times, nothing !! They sure took the money quickly though. It’s a pretty sad day when we put our trust in these places and this happens, worthless places like this are hurting other legit places because people simply won’t order online anymore, and I’m one of them . Worst part for this company is ... GOD sees and knows everything, they will give an account one day !! 👎

This has scam written all over it. LOOK at the address of company and what phone number. FRAUD

after waiting for over a month, I have not received my order #3741 ( 2 pants) can someone please get back to me, these pants were bought AND PAID FOR.

I ordered some pants from the inspirelf site. They were not the color shown in then adds and they were paper thin and very cheap. they were worth maybe $5 at the most. I would never order anything again from their site.
