I knew going into this sale that something was definitely wrong so I printed (in .pdf format) the web page ad, the order, the payment and the receipt. I kept all email communication from the seller concerning confirmed purchase (saying I purchased a Dewalt table saw), shipping and delivery as well as my confirmation email from PayPal. When I received the gloves (from China and not their "U.S. warehouse") instead of the table saw I filed a claim with PayPal who put me into contact with the seller first of all. The seller first offered a 10% refund and I keep the gloves. I refused and they countered with a 20% refund and I return the gloves. I refused with copies of my pdf files. They didn't respond for 7 days so I escalated my case with PayPal who got me a full refund. After emailing them....this is where I am with this horrible untrustworthy company I order a fun box of jewelry for my granddaughters to play dress up they sent me three broken necklaces (like that was a coincidence) all 3 broken completely unfixable - to 2 different address!!!! this is their scamThe people that do object. they say they will give you back 10% so they're making quite a profit....This unfair business to try to force me to pay for something I did not order!!!!
