This is already a scam company! They don't refund my money, and I haven't received my order for several years.
How can such companies allowed to do transactions with paypal without verification

Yes, I totally agree. This is a scam being run from China. I ordered this "mincer" off Facebook. They sent me a tracking number that showed the product was moving through its paces (i.e., order received, shipped, in transit, in destination country, etc.) but never arrived. Today I received a plastic trinket with a declared value of $1! I got taken. Never buy anything off these Chinese websites. Nothing but a scam. The question is, why is Facebook advertising and why is PayPal processing payments for these guys? I will contact PayPal for a refund.
Total scam, not sending, not replying emails. Stay away.
