Scamming - Fraud
I have today received via Hermes delivery a handbag which I have not ordered. Inside the envelope is a Dispatch Note "Fashion Central" Customer Service, support@fashioncentral-watches.com. I know nothing about this company and to make matters worse have found card payments on my bank account (which is now being investigated) for £84 to a company I have not heard of.
I believe their address is in Cyprus but really feel I would like to return the item I can't believe anyone would send a handbag for nothing. Meantime my bank is on the case of investigating the payments and I have a horrible feeling it will be found to be connected to this "Company".

I accepted a watch thru a survey I filled out. All I needed to do was pay for shipping. I only wanted the one watch but I have received a second. Of course, the number is not toll-free on the package. But I only have a phone # and address to go on. Very misleading and not much contact information. Sorry I did accept the watch as a reward for filling out the survey.
Hi, can someone help on here and were to go, my mum had a hand bag send to her that she knew nothing about it and she then had £5.95 taken from her bank and then a payment of £86 from her bank.My mum has given me the address and it is the address in cyprus, is there anyway of her getting her money bank.I will be telling her to contact her bank to cancel her card and anything to do with this company.
Tell her to open a dispute with a her bank to have her money refunded. Then, have her cancel her card and get a new one.
I was charged for a watch £6.99 and they have taken money from my bank account. OLC-NECKL01-UK LOVE JEWELRY £84 and ONL-EAT-WOM01-UK WATCH-WOMAN £82 They debit my account and then credit it again saying I was the one that order these goods.
