    I purchased pullies for hanging baskets from TheDuvely.com. I purchased several of them for a total of $85.00. The first one I took out of the unmarked bag broke immediately so I didn't bother trying the rest and made contact with them asking for instructions to return. They said I had to make a video and upload it to show them it didn't work. I did that. Then they offered me a $85.00 store credit. I said I wanted my money back. Then they offered me $85.00 plus $8.49. I still refused saying that I didn't want anything else from them because I am confident nothing they have is quality. Then they said I would have to return the product at my own expense and pay them a 30% restocking fee because that's what the banks charge them. They are liars and thieves. Stay far, far away.
