I ordered a Catch Me toy and Temp Checker in late March from Duvely at www.duvely.com and they didn't arrive until June and they were both broken. I asked for a return label and sent a video proving it didn't work and they told me I had to mail to back to Peru for a refund - that would have cost me $300+ and the total order was $125.00.

I purchased a 6.5 ft Christmas tree and got a tiny set of lights in a very small box. I could buy for 2 dollars. Kimberley from Duvely informed me that it was what I ordered. She is such a scammer and so is the company. I promised her I would let everyone know what this company is like and make people aware of what scammers they truly are. Trust me, DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT buy from this company. You will lose your money

Duvely ripped me off also!Ordered the 2 different Christmas trees, & was sent 2 sets of lights a couple of feet at best, with a USB plug-in?Not even close to what I believed I was getting!
Same things happened to me, I ordered the Christmas tree show lights and they send me some LED lights like a toy and they don't want to refund my money back, instead the are offering 30% with is not even half of what I paid.
Same happened to me, don't buy from them. Thought it was for tree, ended up being 5m string of LEDs. At least they worked, I suppose.
ISCAM ALERT... I ordered 2 x 5mtr light show trees. paid $123.00 au received 2 x USB string lights. Contacted the store and was told I should have read the description the email blamed me for not reading properly...have been offered a refund of $14.70. This site is an absolute SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... BEWARE...
I did exactly the same thing, purchased the 2m and 5m and 2 tiny boxes of USB lights turned up. After contacting the store they blamed me for not reading the advert properly. They too have offered me the same refund or a store credit But I am skeptical to order from them again. The original link I followed has is no longer available.
I received the Kalimba thumb piano and there was nothing else in the box. Please send me the instructions etc. ... I want to give it as a gift but I can’t without instructions etc. thank you for your help...
I ordered A 16 Foot Christmas tree with a Pro upgrade. [$107.00] I received a 5' tree in a smashed up shoe box. I cannot get a response from their customer service. Run, run away! Do not purchase from this scam company!
