You charged $29.98 on 7/28 to my account for 2 medium pallets and shipping. When do I get my pallets?

This is a scam business out of China and, who works with someone in Calif. They claim to sell Amazon return pallets. They get your info i.e. credit card, mailing address, etc. And, they send you knock-off items that are not to be close to what you have forked out. If you contact support to file a complaint or refund, they will offer you a 30% refund and charge you shipping to return the item. In the end, once they get the returned item back, you end up with no refund of any amount.

Do not order from these people they say pallets and they rip I off and you get a cheep A*s selfie stick not worth what you pay that’s for sure !

Have no idea if this is part of what I ordered. No paperwork n it came from a post office from another city.

I also got scammed. Paid $52.95 and all I received was a TWS i12 earbuds. Contacting them is no help. I have been involved with numerous online purchases from websites, that the customer service is trash, they don't return messages, they give you tracking details of the order, but you discover it's not real, nor any record of it, I contacted a shipping co. Regarding my many times I have been ripped off, they responded with the sender has access to templates of tracking details to provide to consumers, at their own will.I am in ongoing open disputes demanding
full reimbursement, if I as actually did receive order, it was one single cheap, counterfeit r damaged item(s) usally put in mailbox, not the whole pallet of electronics and high value contents as described on website, they offer 10-45% refund, or will give be full refund after you ppl at to ship to China, almost every time I buy it is the same, how can this continuously be happen, the FTC, ic3, and other agencies step in to charge these criminals as it is required by law. I've sent many emails to the same one, a few is changed the look, but same place, just recently I've been in contact with to inquire my expected delivery date, be d**n if it wasn't involved with another website, which it's being looked into s we speak, they all end up being from China, I pray people like this will one day face the conquences for their conduct and their criminal intent on the consumers be extremely careful if your not sure about buying online research the website, the resources for help is out there, just have patience to do some research, not to be so quick to act on impulse and buy, cause once

I just received what was suppose to be a pallet. What a rip-off. I only got a set of headphones and a 40`% off gift card for a clothing site. They mislead people by saying it's a pallet where in fact it was just a parcel. What can be done cause I want my money back. I have not received what I ordered. I ordered 3 sets of golf games with golf balls for backyard and the only thing sent to me was 6 plastic balls, no games at all. This is a ripoff and I had 2 going to one address and 1 set going to another address and only one address got balls other address got nothing. This is absolutely horrible. I will be contacting my credit card company. I was nice enough to wait this delivery out but this was a horrible,terrible thing for this company to have done. SHAME on you all.

I cannot believe I fell for this today. Made the transaction and then the invoice to say it is paid came through. Something about the invoice rang alarms bells, then I researched more. I wish I saw this information earlier.
