I've had the same problem with love space my order of a medium pallet of mixed goods has never arrived tho I was told it had been delivered and the only information I could find using the tracking number was it had been delivered and weighed 0.0089kgs I never received this small package or the pallet itself. Was told to contact Australia post who has no record or information on the tracking number provided and the company supposedly delivering this item does not exist. I've also found there is 2 tracking numbers linked to this purchase and neither is registered with auspost. I was conversing with a Betty from love space who has since disappeared after telling me this item was delivered on the 3 august at 6.27am but couldn't tell me where it was delivered or explain why information provided had item weighing less then a kilo ALOT less

I made 2 orders on totaling around $100.00. And instead of pallets that I ordered and paid for I got 2 small packages the size of a cell phone. They also don't use the same email addresses when contacting you or have a phone number. Now the store is supposedly closed when I attempt to go to their website.
