Jvenz located at jvenz.com is a fake online store claiming to sell wreaths. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I have tried, for over a year, to get a refund for an order I never rec'd. At first the company offered partial refunds ranging from 40% - 50%, stating jvenz had shipping charges and loss of product costs to recoup. I did not accept and now their email address is no longer valid.Their Facebook page shows a US location and lists a phone number. Mail sent to US address is returned, phone number is for a completely different company.
Do not do business with this company. Their products are not what they are represented to be on their website, and their email addresses and telephone numbers are incorrect.
This is a SCAM company. DO NOT buy from them. You will receive a cheap bag of Dollar Tree flowers and ribbons…worth about $4.00.They do not return emails. You will NOT receive a wreath…just a bag of junk .They won’t contact you so you can send it bac.They are thieves… don’t buy from them.
