Is Onisa a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of onisa.store

I ordered a Christmas tree in Nov. 2022. I did get an email my item was sent out and they sent me my tracking number. Clicked on the numberber and it states it was in China and still today Jan 4, 2023 it's still in china.

ONISA is a total scam. I purchased a Christmas in November 2022 from a ad in Pinterest. Three weeks later received an email from service24h-messages24h.store (bizarre email address) telling me my shipment was in its way. Then November 30, got another email that "your package was delivered". I replied that I didn't receive it. No answer. December 1st, received a text msg "Your package was not delivered because your address was wrong, please correct your shipping address". I clicked the link, which was usps web address (apparently). Filled my address then I got a prompt "you need to pay $3.99. Stupid I was I entered my credit card information. After I did that, a click tapped my brain. I called the number, no answer. I understood that I was scammed. I called my bank and got my credit card deactivated right away. Lesson learned.

This website is a scam they took my money and I didn't get the items that I order from them they told me my items was delivered which was a lie

Definitely a scam. I got scammed by this company. Told me that my package had been delivered, yet no one showed on my ring camera to be delivering any any packages to my residence on the Day of the supposedly delivery. I emailed the company with no response.

I ordered a tree was listed under Onisa on Pinterest. Never came. Delivered a hat. Very big scam

got the same thing. A childs hat, with antlers. Not even a new product, that I could tell as there was no tag on it. Then when I tried to contact them they ghosted me.

My wife got same thing ordered a magical tree and a deer hat came

Same as the above comment, got a corkscrew set yesterday. Postal carrier aware will contact postmaster Monday.

Same here, bought two sets of the cookware, they sent me a wine stopper and corkscrew and now want me to pay for the shipping back to them. I am disputing it with my card company. This site is a scam.

I also bought the cookware and received the air stopper and corkscrew.

It was for 29.99 9.99 S&H totaled 39.99. On 11/5/22.

I bought a remote, prelit tree from this company. Is it a scam, I have someone investigating, please contact me so I know where I stand with the product.
