Text message contains the following -

    From:

    online.banking.activity.alerts-878@e-services.com

    Message:

(Call 8777304223 Now! 878#) Your Debit.Card have been locked! Account-ID: phone number here!

    End of message

Did not reply. For further prevention of these types of messages, here’s something from the FTC.gov:

If you get an unwanted text message, there are three ways to report it:

    1. Copy the message and forward it to 7726 (SPAM). This helps your wireless provider spot and block similar messages in the future.

    2. Report it on the messaging app you use. Look for the option to report junk or spam.

—> How to report spam or junk in the Messages app

—> How to report spam on an Android phone

    3. Report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
