Scammers are sending the fake COVID Urgent Test Kit scam text below to potential victims with a link to urgent-test-kit .com. The aim of the Urgent Test Kit text, which claims the recipients have been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, is to frighten and trick them into clicking the link. The link goes to a phishing website that steals personal and financial information.

On the phishing website, visitors will be asked to purchase a test kit and will be asked for personal and financial information in order to do so. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers behind the fake text, who will use it fraudulently.

Got the message this morning and I have entered my details and had a doubt while filling that I haven't enabled nhs tracking, so closed the page. Even though not submitted my details bit worried whether my details are compromised
Received one of these scam texts from 447759129405 this morning. Reported it to 7726 as per NHS advice.
