Puacard Scam Text - Your Reliacard has beenFrozen

The Puacard text scam below from telephone number 1(803)857-3928, is being used to target PA unemployment insurance pre-paid debit cards. If you receive the text scam, please do not call the telephone number it came from, or click the link in it. The link in the Reliacard text scam goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information.
