Scamming - Fraud
Scammers are sending scam texts from 8889070178 to potential victims, or asking them to call the same telephone number. Therefore, recipients of text messages from 888-907-0178 or text messages asking them to call the telephone number, are asked not to follow the instructions in it. If you get a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

Received text message that my payment was declined on my card
Same as other comment - received call 7/11/22 with same message
Got one today saying they locked my card and to call that number.
Same thing happen to me.
Got the same message as above.
July 11 22. Received a text to call 8889070178 due to Visa card blocked. Scam. Card is fine. Block the number.
