Why aren't the TRADING STANDARDS people looking into this fake site -no fair trading company should be dealt with at once.I have written to this site who owe me £19.95 for about 5 times so honest people BEWARE....IS there any Law about this & bring them to book ?

Hello I live in London UK and have ordered some items from this company, I have tried to find out about my items but recently learned that they have been closed and read reviews saying that customers have not been receiving their items can anyone help with advice? many thanks.

I have had the same problem I ordered a jacket from them and then they said it had been delivered to me which it had not so they said reorder it and I still do not get anything from them delivered at all what has happen to the jackets or where was they delivered to

I ordered a coat from heygrcx in January I tracked it always right the way. Through to delivery nothing. Received email that asked me to reordered same thing; they said it had been delivered. What happens now where is my coat

I ordered 5 items spent £84 on 8 January 2023 from RH *Heygrcx.com. My order never arrived. I have sent email after email and a different person responding to my enquiries. Getting fade up. Internet seems like a jungle. Who do I report?

Yes confirmed that this is a total scam organisation. Well if it sounds too good to be true! It normally is. Lesson learnt.

They scammed me for £70,paid by card, yet the bank are basically saying that its my fault, I have to fill some dam form out when it comes fill out send it back to the bank, to decide whether they should pay me ,or not ....scum these.scammers
,the banks and government should do something to tackle this.

As they say to good to be true I've also emailed them Google can't even get a reply I've been waiting since January 2 for a leather jacket and they said it was delivered on the 10 January... looks like a long wait these people make me sick

That's scammed 90 pounds.

My other half asked me to order an item of clothing for his birthday that he saw advertised on Heycrcx. Needless to say, nothing arrived. Emails sent etc but no reply.Its now been reported to my bank who are investigating. By losing so many high street stores we are at the mercy of these con artist cheapjacks.

I have ordered a bundle of clothes, jackets, tops, t- shirts from ( heygroc-hiyvl) (heygrcx.com) nothing but bad news found ie: Scam said by all comment's very p!ssed about loosing £45.57 which nobody can afford too loose it's are hard worked money so I will be doing all I can too get too the bottom of these Scammers,how dare they !!.

I ordered 2 jackets from this scam company, I am contacting my bank to report this.

Exactly WHY allow them too advertise if they know its been reported as a Scam time after time it makes you wonder who is benefiting from the money they get .like people say if it seems too good too be true it probably is !! I also ordered from this site and received conformation E Mail complete with tracking details. Needless to say, unable, now to contact them. Why are their adverts. still on U Tube?
