Is ontopup a Scam? A Top Up Mobile Phone Credit Service

Is ontopup a Scam? A Top Up Mobile Phone Credit Service

I was surprised when I discovered that I had been debited two times in the sum of £17.84 by Ontopup at ontopup.com and I had not done any transaction. This is fraud and must be reported. How can Ontopup service be debiting my account when I have not subscribed to any service? I need a complete refund of my money in total, for now, is £35.68. I have reached out to the bank and they promised to investigate the matter. 100% a scam. Charges your card every month without providing any of the advertised services.

Definitely a scam. They top up your desired amount as requested AND THEN CONTINUE To STEAL that amount every month from that point on!

I contacted my bank to dispute who thankfully continue to deny the payment, but I lost a couple of months of fake charges.

Do not use and please spread the word about these thugs.

Absolutely a scam. We have been stung.

Ontopup pay for prime place if looking to purchase a mobile topup on search engines. They charge the original value of the credit plus an admin fee. They cannot honour the transaction directly, which makes them fraudsters who skim from legitimate providers.

They are thieves using the recognised brand names of several trusted providers in order to steal your money.
