The email address irs@gov-taxreturn.org is a scam. The email address or domain name is not associated with the Internal Revenue Service. It seems it is being used by scammers to trick potential victims into believing they are being contacted by someone from the IRS. Therefore, if you have received an email from gov-taxreturn.org, do not follow the instructions in it, just delete it.
