Is charmfay a Scam Online Store?

I bought a sweater from the site charmfay.com that I liked a lot from the pictures. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be a hoodie of poor material with a printed design instead of knitting, which was really ugly and of low value for the price paid. I asked to return it, and they told me that the shipping costs are at my expense, and I have to wait for the refund after they check the goods! Do not buy, this is cheap material of low value for the price paid.
