The fake Bank of America Fraud Department phone number in the text message seems to be associated with call centers operated by scammers pretending to be from BofA. Confirm if this was you: 866-493-7673 Reply Yes to Confirm"If you have received the scam text message, please do not call 866 493 7673. Instead, contact your bank by using the number on the back of your card or visit your bank's website and contact them directly.
