I got this email and checked my PayPal and it's in there too. How do I decline/delete it from there?

The clever part of this scam is that the scammer sent an actual transaction(very small) from PayPal to make the scam look legit. If you go to your PayPal account, you will see the transaction. But the trick is to convince you into calling the bogus customer service telephone number. Simply ignore the deposit. Do not attempt to "refund" it yourself, as this can confirm your account is active to scammers.
