Is your computer running slowly and you are continuously redirected to websites filled with advertisements only? If your answer is yes, it means that your computer may have been taken over by a web browser hijacker, a malicious program or other unwanted programs you have downloaded unintentionally. AdwCleaner is a program that searches and deletes Adware, Toolbars, Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP), and browser Hijackers from your computer. The program downloads quickly and doesn't require any installation. I recommend running the program on your computer at least once per month.

Double click on the program to open it.
Click the “Search” or "Scan" button to allow it to search your computer for the unwanted programs.
Once the search is completed, and it has located the unwanted programs, click the “Delete” or "Clean" button to remove the unwanted programs. It may ask you to restart your computer so it may clean it.
After removing the unwanted programs with AdwCleaner, do a full scan of your computer with your anti-virus software.
