These email messages were not sent by Bank of America and were only created by cybercriminals to trick you into opening the malicious attached file that contains a malicious computer program called a Trojan horse.

When we scanned the malicious attachments with different antivirus software, the following threats were detected:

  • Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot.lbda
  • RDN/Generic PWS.y!nw
  • Trojan.Zbot
  • Trojan-Spy:W32/Zbot.BBHV
