Virus Emails - County Court Notice to Appear

The fake and malicious email messages below: "Notice to Appear," which claim that the recipients are scheduled to attend court, will infect the recipients' computers with a virus or Trojan horse, if they attempt to open the malicious attachment. The cyber-criminals who have sent the fake and malicious email messages, are attempting to infect their potential victims' computers with a Trojan horse. Once the victims' computers are infected, the Trojan horse will allow the cyber-criminals behind the email messages to spy on them, steal their personal information, financial information, or use their computers to commit cyber-crimes that will be traced back to victims.

Remember, the court notice email messages below are all fakes and are only an attempt by cyber-criminals to trick the recipients into opening the malicious attachment or clicking on the malicious link that will infect their computers with a Trojan horse.

So, if you have received any of the email messages below or similar ones, please do not attempt to open the attachments or click on the links within the email messages.

This is to inform you to appear in the Court on the December 04 for your case hearing.

You are kindly asked to prepare and bring the documents relating to the case to Court on the specified date.

Note: The case may be heard by the judge in your absence if you do not come.

The Court Notice is attached to this email.
