The email message was not sent by Sky Mail, but by cyber-criminals, to trick the recipients into clicking on the link within it, which will take them to a phishing website. On the phishing or fake website, the recipients will be asked to sign-in with their Sky Mail user name and password, but once they do so, their username and password will be sent to the cyber-criminals behind the phishing scam. Once the cyber-criminals have received their victims' email account credentials, they will hijack the accounts and use them fraudulently.
