Cyber-criminals are sending out the fake email message below with the subject: "Delayed notifications preservation," which appears as if it sent by Skype, with malicious links. The malicious links will take the recipients, who have clicked on the links, to phishing websites, created by cyber-criminals to steal their personal and financial information. The recipients may also be taken to malicious websites, where they will be tricked into downloading and installing malicious software like viruses, Trojan horse and spyware, disguised as legitimate software. While others, may be taken to spam websites.
Remember, never to click on a link to sign into your online accounts. Always go directly to your online accounts' websites and sign in from there instead. This will ensure that you are not a fake, phishing or malicious website, created by scammers to deceive you.
