Phishing Scam - "Paypal Resolution. Action Required"

The email message below with the subject: "Paypal Resolution. Action Required," which claims that recipients' PayPal accounts need more information before they can process their transactions, is a phishing scam. The fake or phishing email message was NOT sent by PayPal, but by cybercriminals, who are attempting to trick the recipients of the phishing emails who have PayPal accounts, into visiting a phishing or fake PayPal website created to steal their accounts' user name and password, financial and personal information. Therefore, recipients of the phishing email message should delete it and not follow the instructions into it.

Subject: Paypal Resolution. Action Required.
In reviewing your account, we found out that we need more information from you before we can process your transaction. Did you change/update your billing address. If you did please confirm this action now.
Take a minute to confirm this address so we know it belongs to you. Once confirmed, you will continue to receive alerts and updates concerning your account. Once you provide the information we need, we'll send you an email to let you know your access has been restored again with PayPal.
We make sure no one is getting into your account without your knowledge.
Recipients of the fake or phishing email message should change their email account password immediately, before it is hijacked and used fraudulently by cybercriminals, and should check their accounts for any discrepancies.
