Walemedia is a Fraudulent Online Streaming Website

Walemedia located at www.walemedia.com is a fraudulent content streaming website. The website which claims that online users can watch movies, listen to music and play games, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com, lilplay.com, and tzarmedia.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website (walemedia), run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have canceled their subscriptions.

About WaleMedia

www.walemedia.com

They (walemedia) claim not to charge your credit card for the trial period but will do so anyway, even if you cancel before the trial period is up. Also, they will charge you to cancel your free registration, and will periodical charge your credit card for an undetermined amount of money. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online user who have already subscribed to walemedia.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I was also scammed by walemedia.com. All I wanted, was to see if the site was better for me that the one I am currently on. It turns out that it wasn`t, and that they had already taken the first months fee out of my bank when I checked my balance. I immediately went to my bank and told them what had happened. They said that as it has already been taken, there was nothing they could do about it, apart from prevent them taking anymore from my account.

Please, don`t be a mug. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I found out the hard way

WARNING! I filled my card details in to pay £1 to claim the phone, but I found out after I'd paid the £1 that it was a scam and more money would be taken from my account every month so I phoned my bank about it, and then I phoned the scammers to unsubscribe me. The £1 payment was pending so I'm waiting to see if it will stay in my account. I'm also checking my account to make sure they don't take any more money from it. DO NOT TAKE PART IN SURVEYS UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THEY ARE NOT SCAMMERS

Can someone tell me how I can keep this site from charging my visa card NZ$77.76 every month? I already owe Visa enough without this happening! I've read the online warnings about this site but nobody says how to stop payments.

First, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel your card and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.

Wish I had seen this article before. Just checked credit card and they have been taking out $50 a month for 6 months without our knowledge. Bank can only refund 3 months. What a scam! I should have been more vigilant with my card.
