I received a winning message and sent them a phone number and e-mail address, and I am afraid that they will steal details from the email or from the phone, is it possible for them?
I reported their email as spam
Is there anything to fear?

No, there is nothing to fear. They cannot access your information using your email address or phone number.

They can only do so if you give them your online account username and password, or credentials.

They cannot do anything with your phone, but call you. So, be careful of scammers or thieves calling you and attempting to trick you into sending them money or more personal information.
