Totall scam I ordered mI 11x sent a defective piece but still aren't replacing it yet or refunding it🤷🏼 total scam

I paid for a drone and they sent me the wrong one . They refuse to call me or email for return or replace. I'm stuck with an unopened product. Does this company really exist?

Deals Paradize is a scam and thieves, they do not deliver or respond to any contacts other than to send fake tracking numbers. Then nothing. The Drone must not exist but they got the money months ago

Don't buy from these thieves! Ordered drone on 11/06/18 still nothing! Paid with PayPal thinking there's no way PayPal would do business with scammers. contacted PayPal and they informed me that the tracking number was invalid and that they were investigating. There is a legitimate site deals paradise.

That's interesting how come Facebook let them advertise, if they are ripping everybody off, how do you contact Facebook to let them know ?

Yep, took my money out of my account and never bothered to send me my drone, won't answer my emails, won't refund my money. F**k scammers, don't anybody buy anything from them.

I also ordered a drone on October 20, 2018 and still have not heard back from them from there link for updates, and still have not received the drone.

I ordered a drone from Deals Paradize for $99.89 which they said I would receive it in 4 to 7 days.

It has now been 6 weeks with no drone. I emailed their "customer service" twice requesting information and have not received a response from them.

I contacted my credit card company to report them and fortunately, they said they would refund my money.

In searching the internet, I have found the company is considered a "scam" company.

PLEASE NOD NOT DEAL WITH DEALS PARADIZE....They were advertising on Face book.

Paypal will go out of their way to get out of this. They send you to a page where you are supposed to log in, but when you try the buttons, a chinese app in chinese pops up with the text starting on the right margin.

There’s just no way. Then, a few days later, they send me an email telling me the case was closed because I didn’t report in.

Part of my order was not shipped and they have ignored 3 e-mails. It feels like they are untrustworthy.

Never received product. Was given a bogus tracking number.

I am now disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Face book should be sued for letting them advertise on their website!

I order some products and recurved confirmation they have been shipped. I have not received anything and have had no response to my efforts to contact this company. I am now in the process of reporting this fraudulent company.

I did not receive anything either and I sent several mail, the tracking number is useless because it says processing order. We should sue Facebook for allowing to advertise their articles.

Same here. I also order a drone on Aug 31, 2018, after several emails were told processing order finally was sent a tracking number that was not trackable. FACEBOOK ALLOW ADVERTISING OF PRODUCT AND LINK TO CLICK BOGUS WEBSITE, they should also be held responsible.

The same thing has happened to me. I’ve made an order and never gotten a reply after they got my money over 6 weeks ago.

For sure this company is betraying customers. Ordered for 145 US $ received order-no. and nothing more. Send 5 e-mails with no response and in their tracking-system I can´t find my order. It is 3 month now without response or merchandise.

But FB still sells pr-adds to them evenso I wrote to FB about this site !

It now can be seen that both photos are photo shopped, give the impression that they can land/take off from water.

Neither of these products are actually capable of landing or taking off from the water.

I can see now that I have been well and truly duped by flashy ads on Facebook. What Now??
