Selloph located at selloph.com is definitely an untrustworthy online store selling wigs and hair extensions. Just google the email address "onlineservice@bsfzmail.com" that is given on the "Contact Us" page. You will find dozens of different sites using the same email address. My mum ordered a wig off of them, that wasn't up to standards upon arrival and they have yet to respond two weeks later to emails asking for a refund. Stay clear, and beware of any sites with this email address attached.

It's been 2 months and I still haven't heard anything about my orders.No refund or any way of real contact with them. Don't order from them unless you want to lose your money.
Has anyone gotten a refund from this company? This is a cheap wig and did not look good and was the worst purchase.So not happy and not sure how these companies take your money and orders and then don't have a return policy and are not required to do customer service and how legally they are not forced to refund the money for horrible products.
This site is fraud.. Don't trust them
selloph is TOTALLY untrustworthy. The colors of the wig they described were completely wrong and I have contacted them at least 5 times to find out their refund/exchange policy.I get a message we are on break and cannot respond at this time.DO NOT ORDER from them - they are a ripoff.
