The physical address, 2.27, Romer House, Lewisham High St, London SE13 6EE, UK, is the same for several online shopping websites that share the exact same layout selling the exact same products. Hope that someone raised a complaint with the proper authorities. Yes it was cheap and half price seemed okay to me as it was Us$29. The ad says "hand held lithium chainsaw. I paid for that through PayPal. I received a chain. I assume for this advertised saw. They said I ordered a chain. Why would anyone do that but the ad says hand held lithium chainsaw-half price. My order form & receipt say that. Now they are offering 20% return of money and I keep useless chain. This is an out and out scam I'm going to take this all the way if they don't send what I ordered.
