They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Hello, I bought boots from eceshops.com on Friday, November 25th. The purchase was 88EUR. Now, on November 28th, this e-shop is unavailable for eceshops.com, because it does not exist!
Why not take any measures against such suspicious e-shops as eceshops.com? There are no such The stores are full! I think it's more important to take into consideration the most up-to-date Chinese online store. I know that my money will not be recovered, because I was deceived.

I spotted Eceshops.com on FB on Black Friday. The page was active till Tuesday Nov 27, 2018. I have placed an order and paid Eur 45 on Monday. The Eceshops system looked very proffesional and prices were very attractive.
On Tueusday the page was gone.
Why the FB doesnt care about who is posting ads in the system.
I think they are responsible for letting the bandits to fool people on the FB.
