Cancel the card they have and get a new one.

Cancel your present credit card, cut it up by making sure you cut through the microchip apply for a new card this cancels any transactions with them

This is liar company; they charged me 200 dirhams and today i canceled; please people be careful.

Tried to call to find out why money was being taken from my account without permission by basil play. All numbers are not in service. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the withdrawals, this is all my bank could do.
