I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, games, software, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online users who have already subscribed to services on are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I never used their service and they charged me. Because of this, I have to replace my card and ask for a refund form my bank. Then, this company reversed my reversal yesterday... WTF

  • February 22, 2019 at 11:16 AM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

I have never heard of this company and I have not under any circumstances subscribed for this.

I would NEVER subscribe to something on a high interest credit card. I have cancelled my credit card, however I will now have a bad credit rating as I was late paying my statement as I was completely unaware that my details had been fraudulently obtained and used to subscribe for this.

I have never heard of basil play. I will be reporting them to the police.
