It is a deception, careful, this page is a scam, it does not really exist. I bought a blender in September 2018 and it never arrived. It was in "tax declaration".

Do not fall like me in offers that end up being a lie.

I also ordered a mixer in May of 2018 and Last time I checked it was stuck at Tax declaration... it has been there for like 2 months. I sent an email and like everyone else says...it's a generic response.

Grrrrr Now you can't even access the page to check where your order is. says FORBIDDEN, you don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an error document to handle the report? WHAT!

I ordered a mixer on 9/2/18 & all I get is duplicate emails with the exact same wording every time I ask when I will get my mixer. As for the order status, it has said customs tax declaration for over a month. Did get them to say they use MAERSK shipping though
