The tracking number they supplied showed the package was not accepted by the shipper until 10 days later and that it would take another 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Nowhere was I told it could take up to a month to receive my order. Since I needed the massager before then I purchased one off of Amazon and received it 3 days later. I emailed Comfortb and told them I would be refusing their package and I was requesting a refund. Almost 3 weeks later the package arrived, I refused it and it was shipped back to them. I emailed them requesting a refund and they refused. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge in order to get my money returned. I checked the tracking every day and it was always the same thing: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. This has been the same message every day since I got the shipped notice on Dec 2 and still no packages. I had to go out and buy other gifts because I didn’t get what I ordered. I emailed them several times and always got the same response: “your package is on the way”.
