I ordered a muscle massager from them and was told it was shipped the next day. The tracking number they supplied showed the package was not accepted by the shipper until 10 days later and that it would take another 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Nowhere was I told it could take up to a month to receive my order. Since I needed the massager before then I purchased one off of Amazon and received it 3 days later. I emailed Comfortb and told them I would be refusing their package and I was requesting a refund. Almost 3 weeks later the package arrived, I refused it and it was shipped back to them. I emailed them requesting a refund and they refused. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge in order to get my money returned. BEWARE OF THIS SHODDY STORE!

I never received the product I purchased. They never returned my money either. They are thieves. I will NOT purchase from them again!

I ordered the Speed Setting Body Massager (Order #42535).
The product was shipped on 1-1-2020. After less than 30 days use the product is not charging properly. I have submitted a request for an exchange from ComfortB.
I did not find any negative reviews on this product so I am hoping the company responds and resolves this issue. I am not certain this is a manufactures defect but wanted to share my situation with others considering purchasing this item.

On November 12, 2019, I ordered 3 of the Thermal jackets. Two from Comfortb and one from Allway but never received them in time for Xmas. I received confirmation from both and tracking #’’s. I checked the tracking every day and it was always the same thing: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. This has been the same message every day since I got the shipped notice on Dec 2 and still no packages. I had to go out and buy other gifts because I didn’t get what I ordered. I emailed them several times and always got the same response: “your package is on the way”. I wonder if I will ever get them or am I out of $136.00.

To whom it may concern: I did not receive the correct items for the price I paid it said receive 5 sets of 8 different colors for a reduced amount of $35.00 or so but I only received 5 green pens! Please respond with sending my5 sets of 8 different colored PENS! This is s present to my grandchildren for CHRISTMAS!
