Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. I ordered a styling wand weeks ago for a birthday present. Their web site states that once an order is placed they ship it out within 24 hours, I've been waiting 2 weeks because they say they don't have it. I have requested a refund numerous times but their customer service doesn't speak English. Is Artbeast a trustworthy shopping site, no it is not and the only thing you will get is the run around.
