Sent wrong product then delayed on the resolution and the refund. Initiated charge back which they resisted offering a tsunamI of lies.
Fortunately I kept ALL the emails between us, postage pack and incorrect product. Almost three months later got a successful charge back from the bank.
This business is clearly untrustworthy.

I was scammed and my bank went for the Okie doke. They claimed to have mailed the items, and sent a fake tracking number and even had the bank resubmit charges to my account, I never got anything
