I also made an order by paying with PAYPAL to today I have not received anything and PayPal refuses the refund. Shame.

My husband ordered a cutting tool from them several months ago. He never did receive it. What a scam!

Arrived damaged. Requested new ring or refund!
Offered $12.50 refund after complaining.
PayPal claim refused.
Worst seller. Not customer focused. Doesn’t adhere to this advert!
Won’t issue refund. Won’t respond to emails!
Had to pay $20 to have ring partially straightened to make it useable. So disappointed. As it was a gift for my princess.
Should be ashamed of themselves.
