I ordered an expensive pink lace dress and was sent a cheap purple velour nightie. I was told if I want to send the wrong item back, it would be at my expense from the UK to China - even though it was the company’s mistake. When I asked for a return/refund/exchange for the company’s mistake, I was told a flat no. I have the email exchange for anyone that is interested or needs it verified. Buyer beware-terrible service and clearly a company after a quick buck. Don’t buy!

My story is basically the same as the others. 3 velvet items took over a month to arrive, 2 were VERY large which I’ve tried to return, 1 had the button fall off immediately upon trying to button. 5 consecutive daily emails asking for the Returns address with their stonewalling responses. I have sent a complaint to PayPal, and I will try to contact Pinterest who display and promote Iount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

I waited 8 weeks for my order.

All items were completely different from the photos.

    Not even close!

    RIP off store.

    Don't shop here.

I canceled the order at Iount, this was ignored. The goods are absolutely inferior, do not correspond to the description and the ordered size. For three weeks I've been trying to get a return label or find out a return address. I get stalled in e-mails with abstruse demands. I was supposed to take scrap photos of the products I received and the product numbers were asked several times. As if you didn't know them yourself. The latest instruction is that I should photograph myself in this junk and give my body measurements! In general, I would only find out the return address if I closed the Paypal case!

It is a scam. The products are cheep and look nothing like the pictures. They sent the wrong items and the descriptions of the clothing are inaccurate. When you try to return the items they refuse to pay for shipping even though it was their error. I am very disappointed. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from Lount Fashion it is a Big scam. The products in pictures Are stolen from legitimate vendors NOT their website. Do not buy anything, took their terrible clothes to good will after they sent wrong items & would not return.

I ordered a pair of shoes that took forever to be shipped and once they arrived, without even taking them out of the packaging I realized they weren’t great quality! They also do not suit the event I am shopping for. And, that doesn’t matter! I DO NOT WANT THEM! These people are denying my refund for an unopened and unworn product! Offering me $4 to keep them…..WTF?!?! If sent them a screenshot of the return policy they’re obviously abandoning it! I plan to review them at every outlet possible! Also contacting my bank! SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!

And they are offering $5.00 refund? They advertise on their website FREE RETURNS THIS IS Fault advertisement and they should be they completely out of any website out of business.

I purchased a bra in January 2021. And have not received it yet. I have tried to contact the company multiple times, but

Oh, same story with my purchase... I ordered 3 velvet coats, first two came in( not to mention that it took VERY LONG TIME) And one jacket was more or less ok, at least I can fix something, the other one-I was shocked! It looked NOTHING like they have on website picture... Instead of jacket, that "thing" looks like piece of ragged old robe! Not to mention "it had no front button. no lining but the belt... (On Picture-nice jacket with front snaps, stitched around pockets, lining...) I actually send an email with pictures from website and what I've got and question" "Does this looks same to you?" They did answer, but pretend like didn't hear my question, offering $5(!) dollars refund! That is insane!

After several days emailing back and force, I did realized that they playing stupid and will not resend me nothing and to send this item back -it will be basically same money as it's cost... So yes, dear Ladies, it's a scam! BIG TIME! THAT'S HOW THEY DOING THEIR BUSINESS! I email them that it's very unprofessional, and not the way to do business, and that they are scamming people... But trust me- they don't care!

My experience teach to stay away "fishy" looking website, specially from china...

I ordered 4 items, and they did arrive. Three of them were actually ok, not the best quality but wearable. The fourth item though... oh my god, it was horrific. It had buttons and laces literally printed onto a cheap two-dollar raincoat. I was p****d.

I tried to contact them for a refund, but they’ve closed the address, so it just bounces back automatically. It’s now in the bin, where it belongs. I’m just p****d that people make a living like this. It’s shameful.

Please do not use iount fashion! The company is a total scam. I am still waiting for 3 dresses ordered in January. I have asked for a refund but they do not give back your money.

  • March 18, 2020 at 9:30 AM by an anonymous user from: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

I agree. You'll never get your money back. I ordered 3 dresses. Two arrived but were made from such shabby material they couldn't be worn. I never received the 3rd one. They delete all bad feedback and I am out of pocket $100. BEWARE! NaomI J., Randwick Australia

I ordered a tribal sweater and received an item that is laughable (cheap, misshapen polyester). iount.com is a fraudulent online store that needs to be shut down. They delete all negative comments from their Facebook page, but you can still see all the angry face emojis. Shoppers are getting scammed! BUYERS BEWARE!

  • February 13, 2020 at 11:42 PM by an anonymous user from: Florissant, Missouri, United States

I currently have a claim against them with Paypal.

I ordered $90.15 worth of tops and got 1 out of 4 items.

I got the item that was 21 bucks.

After my claim was opened, they sent something that was NOTHING that I ordered.

Paypal informed me that the company was offering me a 27 dollar refund.

    REALLY?

    I SPENT 90.15.

Twenty-seven bucks doesn't even come close.

Paypal is continuing to review my claim, but changed it from "item not received" to "item not as described". I am ready to just dispute it with my bank because I feel I am getting the run around from both parties.

I ordered in October...it is now February.

  • February 5, 2020 at 9:44 AM by an anonymous user from: Springfield, Illinois, United States

I ordered $164.99 worth of products last October 8, 2019. After waiting 8 weeks and getting nothing, I asked my friend who had also ordered from Iount and she said what she received was NOT what she thought she was ordering.

Her sweater was not even made out of YARN.

It was some kind of netting looking material, cheap and way undersized.

I got online and started reading reviews that the company steals photos from designer website and uses them to represent what Iount is selling. MANY dissatisfied customers so I tried to cancel my order because I didn't want to deal with trying to return the items to China.

Also contacted PayPal to help me with the dispute.

I have got nothing but a complete run-around since last October.

PayPal closed the case and said the Seller had won... yet I have not received any product NOR a refund.

    I am NOT happy!

I think everyone needs to know about this company, and how PayPal treats some of its customers when it comes to a refund!
