Is genfet.com a Fraudulent Website?

I was on my Samsung Galaxy 7 on May 15, 2019, when I got the "Samsung Galaxy S9 for 1$" message. So I entered my credit card and personal information as requested by the website I was taken to. But, after entering my information, the transaction failed, saying my credit card was blocked. So, I call my bank and they told me that they have blocked a fraudulent transaction from www.genfet.com. My bank told me I cannot use my current credit card anymore, so they have cancelled it and will send me a new one. I was lucky.

I got caught by a phishing scam. Automatic debit on my card occur monthly in small amount such as $2-$3 small enough that my bank app doesn’t send notifications. All transactions were under “GENFET” England. I had to cancel my card to stop the thefts.
