I ordered a singer quantum 9960 computed portable sewing machine for $89.99 and a Design Magic BOX PERFECT Design SEWING CABINET FOR $215.00. I used my credit card to pay. that was months ago. never received them.
Everytime I called I had to leave my name only and they would return my card. couldnt leave a phone then it would say an invalid phone.
I then reported it to my bank and they credited my account and now called me and said they gave a tracking number and said it was delivered to my mail box. my mailbox is 3 inches by 4 inches. post office said they never delivered those package. what they delivered in my mailbox was a orange crayon and a small round container with black powder.
Need help to get my money back.
