Is Keyboard Gallery Store an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I think I have been scammed the firm, looked genuine and I ordered an electric scooter for my husband.
I have just found out that they have taken the money out of my credit account. I have had an email from them to say that it’s on the way. So I don’t know what to do as I am a pensioner and can not afford to lose the money.

Attached you'll find the snapshot of an ad on Instagram. Could you spare 2 minutes and explain how's it possible for fake untrusted sites to be advertised on Insta? It doesn't make sense, if one cannot trust that there's a trustworthiness compliance check on marketing campaigns on fcbk and insta, then what is there to do?

I have contributed to their product fundraising on indiegogo crowdfunding just to have a half faulty product delivered after almost 3 years since the campaign started. They didn't ever send me the whole package I paid for and not even the product I've asked, yet a faulty product that was probably left out so they had to get rid of it. I have tried to reach to them via mail and fcbk just to find myself blocked.
Apparently the only feedback they can't cancel are on their indiegogo campaign page and people are addressing the same issues as me.
Can you recommend me another website where I can report them so other people make a conscious choice?

They have a sponsored post on Instagram, and hopefully it will be taken down. Is there any kind of legal recourse for this type of ‘give away fraud’?

Yes, I was unaware of the scam at the time and gave them my info; what is the best course of action now?
