Is sleepynfancy.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I had indeed purchased as well from sleepynfancys online 5 months ago 2 items worth $178 and was following with them by e-mail and trackers. They keep promising that I will get my ordered rug & fleece soon. Now they blocked my e-mail and I can’t reach them! The tracker had as well disappeared?!

Is their anyway I can get my money back?! Appreciate if you can help.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. I hope it is not too late.

I bought a shirt, the quality was terrible, the size label was correct however the shirt was much too small,buttons seemed to have been sewn in wrong making it difficult to button/ unbutton. I contacted them and was told I would get a 20%refund,this was a couple of months ago and I keep getting a runaround!

I have purchased a pair of Houston Astros button down shirts from sleepynfancy. They took my money, I have not received the merchandise and my email to track the package has disappeared. I need to know what happened and how I am to get my money back. Thank you for the consideration, in advance.
