Shop Console, also called Console Store, located at shopconsole.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell game consoles, controllers, and games. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Shopconsole.com are scammers!
Don't buy from shopconsole.com they are scammers. You won't get your money back if you cancel a order... The f*ckers won't pay me my money back... I canceld my order before they shipped my order so I have every right to get my money back.
They first said that I could not cancel.
Then that it would be better if I just wait for my order that that would be faster... Wtf?
Then after 7 days they canselled my order.. ( After 15 mails from me).
Now they won't pay me my money back!
Im still mailing Then every day That I want my money back..
I just want to help everybody That they don't make the same mistake as me...
Just don't buy from them they are SCAMMERS! Don't fall for there bullcrap.
Look for reviews trough Google you wil finds so many people that have been scammed by them.

Scammed by this company, I bought a limited edition animal crossing nintendo switch console, I paid £328.50 more than the average switch, they sent me a grey nintendo switch console,that what I ordered or paid for. Intially they ignored my correspondance, then offered a small refund, and said I could keep the console, it's not what I ordered! They don't even have what I ordered in stock, but yet are still selling it on there website, ready to scam the next person. They should be shut down.

Unfortunately for me I have just done the same! I have cancelled my credit card and can only wait to see if I can get my money back. Saw this site listed in a newspaper among other sites selling Xbox consoles so thought it would be legit and above board. Live and learn!

I have ordered an Xbox series x from this site. Concerned as I have it received a confirmation email and I have tried to contact through WhatsApp and they redirected me to email ( even though they had clearly saw my message). Also, they have changed their WhatsApp status from business back to personal. I have spoken to bank who has advised I ask for a refund. I’m yet to have a reply from ShopConsole. I have an awful feeling it is a scam. I also noticed it appear to be linked to Mytechno site which had terrible reviews and so I think they are same company just switch names to fool more people probably. I am trying to leave review and there seems no way to do that. A reputable company would facilitate reviews. Watch out people. It’s ruining our Xmas- don’t let it ruin yours!
