The "company" GOGO, offers a refund upon return, which will cost $17.25 via first class mail, with no tracking, so they can claim they never received it, and you already know they're unscrupulous a-holes. You can also return the watch for $40.75 via priority mail, which is more than the watch itself. The time between the order being placed and received was unusually long so I did contact the seller from time to time and did receive a response or two, but nothing satisfying. I've sent another email that asks how they will resolve the issue of the wrong watch, but I will likely need to deal with PayPal to get the money returned. You cannot reach anyone for returns or refunds. I am in the process of disputing this charge. Complete scam.
