TM Stores Email Scam - Fraudulent Payment Channels

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) would like to warn the public that there have been reports from customers and companies claiming to be TM payment channels that are NOT a TM authorized payment channel. TM wishes to inform you that TM is currently investigating the matter and looking into legal action towards these fraudulent companies. They also wish to highlight that TM views this matter very seriously as it adversely impacts their customers' experience.

In view of this, TM urges all its customers to be cautious and would like to advise its customers to make payment for TM services via authorised TM payment channels only. Please note that TM will not be responsible for any implications following payments that were made to any unauthorised payment channel.
